Work for an international IT company as a Customer Support Specialist and provide technical assistance with exams.

We are looking for fluent English speakers with excellent communication and troubleshooting skills who will:
* Validate the identity of candidates
* Effectively manage multiple simultaneous certification exams
* Ensure the timely start and completion of each individual exam session
* Monitor candidates with vigilance, and intervene in the event of protocol variances
* Provide technical assistance to exam participants
* Follow communication of procedures, guidelines, and policies

The position also offers the option to work from home, with flexible hours.


– fluent English and excellent communication skills
– previous customer-facing experience in a support role
– ability to work shifts outside normal business hours
– advanced technical and troubleshooting skills
– responsible individual with attention to detals with ablility to multi-task and manage time efectively
