  • Provide technical support for clients – voice and chat support (in English only)
  • Cooperate with technical departments on advanced issues
  • Educate customers
  • Provide detailed information regarding products and services in professional manner
  • Meet desired KPIs given for the role

No sales activities required or includedRequirements:

  • Fluency in English languge is a must
  • Open-minded approach towards technology (if you know how to use your smartphone, you should be just fine)
