– Provide technical support for clients – voice and chat support (in English only)
– Resolution of various issues
– Cooperation with technical departments on advanced issues
– Educating customers
– Providing detailed information regarding products and services in professional manner
– Meet desired KPIs given for the role
– No sales activities required or included


– Fluency in English languge is a must (B2 level for chat support, C1 for phone support)
– Open-minded approach towards technology (if you know how to use your smartphone, you should be just fine)
