What is the job about? Your core responsibilities will include:

* providing support to business customers with placing orders for repairs
* answer customer calls and provide information and advices in German
* solve simple issues or escalate more complex problem to Management
* keep relevant documentation up to date

Requirements

* you can communicate with B2B clients in German and your colleagues in English with no problem
* you are a team-player with good communication skills
* you are excellent in time management and multitasking
* flexible and possess can-do attitude
* good in MS Office products such as Word and Excel
