What you’ll be doing

  • Providing Level 2 support and medium complexity troubleshooting of Data Centre Technologies with focus on Linux and Windows Servers via phone, mail and monitoring tools for English and/or German speaking clients
  • Monitoring of IT system management tools and ticket handling
  • Monitor progress against customer SLAs to ensure customer service levels are achieved
  • Preparing technical documentation and reports
  • Escalating issues to Level 3 support if necessary

Requirements

What will make you a successful candidate

  • Fluency in English and ideally in German
  • Relevant work experience 2+ years in similar working environment and the areas of Data Centre and Security – Basic Data Centre knowledge (servers, virtualization, backup services)
  • Proactive and customer orientated personality
  • Experience with ITIL processes
