I’m looking for a Sales Manager who would relish a new challenge in Prague:
Working in an outsourced call centre sales environment, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of the inbound sales teams efforts on behalf of an external client who provides telco and internet solutions to the UK B2B market:
You will lead the sales team (up to 15 people) ensuring they highly motivated, driven to exceed performance targets, and are fully trained in product / solutions sales..
As the client’s key point of contact, you will be providing reports, external analysis and making sure client expectations are met and targets are achieved. On a daily basis you will be compiling and analysing sales figures, making sure all sales opportunities are quoted and maintaining a high renewal rate throughout the team & relationship with a client.
