Overview

Are you interested in customer care? Do you like cameras or other technical equipments ? Do you speak German OR Swedish on a proficient or native level? If you answered yes, you might be the right person for this role. Your employer would be a large international client.

 

We need somebody who can:

• Answer customers inquiries and to provide pre- and after-sales support

• Inform customers about the wide product and service portfolio

• Solve independently basic customer problems and complaints

• Analyse and record information about the inquiry content

• Provide the complete communication with dealers or end users, including the administrative work related to repair of products
