Job description
- Act as a coordinator between our experts on site and the regional HR Shared Services organization
- Advance complex inquiries
- Answer employee and people leader inquiries
- Create disciplinary and termination documents
- Identify and guide continuous improvement projects
- Interact with and provide insights to labor relations representatives
Requirements
- Proficient in English, German is a big plus
- Experience in HR Operations
- Knowledge of MS Excel
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
