– Answer incomming calls from customers and provide support to them by phone.
– Maintain positive customer satisfaction.


Are you THE candidate we need?

– Do you have spoken English on a very good level (B2/C1/C2)?

– Are you able to problem solve and have the logical mindset?

– Are you OK with US working hours?

– Do you have customer approach?

– Are you able to come to Brno for a personal interview? There is, unfortunately, no possibility of a remote interview via phone or Skype.
