Pharma company is looking for multilingual candidates with languages and organization skills to organize international events.

Key responsibilities:
* Communication with tour guides, hotels, restaurants, project managers
* Organization of events from the office environment
* Using daily English plus other language is advantage – communication personal, via phone or email
* Managing basic administrative tasks
* Organizing participants of conferences and providing them information about event
* Cooperating with various departments


* Very good organizational skills
* Fluent in English plus Spanish
* Basic orientation in MS Office – Excel
* Friendly attitude and team player
* Ready to face challenge
* Excellent time management
