Job responsibilities:
– Analyses and reports on spends
– Data management – summarizing and updates
– Communication with stakeholders
– Innovations and improvements of current processes
– Data processing in compliance with both internal and external policies
– Related administrative activities

Start: May 2020
Flexibility: 40 hrs./week
Location: Prague 9


– Min. secondary education (in Finance or Accounting)
– At least short-term experience from administration
– Very good command of English (daily communication in written and spoken form)
– Strong analytical and logical skills
– Very good knowledge of MS Excel (IF, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.)
– Perfect communication skills
– Reliability, focus on detail, flexibility
