Your main responsibilities will be:
– Managing hiring and sourcing activities for international clients
– Analyzing and researching job markets of assigned regions
– Communication and maintaining relationships with HR managers and recruiters of client companies
– Advise and consult with hiring managers regarding market trends, recruiting issues and company policies, and procedures

Requirements

– 1+ years of experience from Human Resources or Recruitment
– Advanced level of English – You will be communicating in English daily in both spoken and written form
– Remarkable interpersonal skills
– Ability to work well in a team
– Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
– Some experience with client management
– Advanced level of French OR Hungarian is a plus
