  • Sorting incoming accounting and contractual documents
  • Processing and coding incoming invoices
  • Assisting with billing
  • Communicating with key vendors and customers regarding any discrepancies in invoices and payments
  • Supporting experienced accountants and analysts with monthly closing procedures and reports
  • Preparing regular status reports for financial controllers
  • Engaging in process improvement initiatives.


  • You have at least 1-2 years’ experience in Finance / Business Administration / Economics or related
  • Strong analytical and numerical thinking
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Detail-oriented
