Do you have experience from administration and background in finance? Do you want to use English daily? Then the position of FINANCIAL SUPPORT for 20hours per week is for you!

Main responsibilities:
– management and scanning of invoices
– upload invoices to the database
– transfer invoices into pdf format
– cooperation with other departments
– use of MS Excel
– reporting

Cooperation for 20 hours per week
Flexibile work schedule
Start: ASAP
Location: Prague 9 (now home office)


– Min. secondary education, economic / finance field is advantage
– Previous experience from administration is a need
– Advanced level of English (will be used daily)
– Very good knowledge of MS Excel (macros is a huge plus)
– Knowldge of Microsoft Access is an advantage
– Good technical skills
– Reliability, focus on detail, flexibility
– Willingness to learn
