We are looking for a FP&A Senior Analyst to play an important role in providing financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysis that drives strategic planning and decision-making across the investment group. Operating as the regional hub for one of the largest state-owned conglomerates, the company focuses on investment, trade, financial services, and other strategic operations, promoting cross-border partnerships and fostering economic growth between Europe and China.

Job description

  • Assist the FP&A Manager in performing annual budget reviews and rolling forecast analyses.
  • Develop and manage monthly group reporting processes, including preparing management reporting packs.
  • Deliver insightful analysis and commentaries, supported by robust data analysis.
  • Enhance cashflow and profitability analysis, along with monthly KPI reporting.
  • Provide ad-hoc financial analysis for the FP&A Manager and Finance General Director.
  • Manage and optimize the MIS system, addressing IFRS implementation challenges, collaborating with the supplier, and coordinating with other departments.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Economics, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in finance or audit roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly advanced Excel and PowerPoint; experience with MIS systems is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • A proactive mindset, team-oriented spirit, and positive attitude.
