We are looking for a new colleague to join a small team of our clients. Our client is an international pharmaceutical company. Currently, they are looking for someone who will join their team and will focus on the management of user access related to compliance. 

Job description

  • Perform operational user access and Segregation of Duties processes and controls  
  • Working with confidential data 
  • Guiding users through the process 
  • Performing reviews 
  • Proactively identify User Management related risks  
  • Propose adequate and efficient corrective actions to mitigate gaps 
  • Ensure compliance with international regulations and the US Sarbanes‐Oxley act 
  • Ensure successful internal and external audits in the area of user access and segregation of duties. 
  • Support the Go Lives process 
  • Maintain the standardized Sarbanes‐Oxley Act Documentation package   

Requirements

  • Fluent in English 
  • Enthusiasm for working with foreign customers 
  • Experience working with people 
  • The position is also suitable for graduates 
  • A dynamic and flexible personality 
  • Advanced knowledge of excel 
  • Knowledge of SAP an advantage 
  • Knowledge of VBA an advantage
