Key Areas of Responsibility and Roles

  • Technically led the development of a new electric powertrain solution in collaboration with internal departments based on customer requirements
  • Determine product specifications and operating limits
  • Coordinate specialized development teams (design, calculation, prototype shop, test lab, and other specialists)
  • Define product validation and handover requirements (building prototypes, setting up test conditions), analyzing test results
  • Collaborate with application teams, suppliers, manufacturing plants, and customers

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or other related engineering field
  • Experience in electrical product development or similar activities in the automotive industry, with OEM customers or suppliers, or in an engineering center
  • Knowledge of mechanical design and electrical engineering
  • Awareness of functional safety requirements (Functional Safety, Authorization of competency in electrical engineering (NV194/2022)
  • Fluent English – you will use it daily in spoken and written form
  • Experience of working within an international team
  • Driving licence category B and willingness to travel approx. 10% of the time
