Overview
Key Areas of Responsibility and Roles
- Technically led the development of a new electric powertrain solution in collaboration with internal departments based on customer requirements
- Determine product specifications and operating limits
- Coordinate specialized development teams (design, calculation, prototype shop, test lab, and other specialists)
- Define product validation and handover requirements (building prototypes, setting up test conditions), analyzing test results
- Collaborate with application teams, suppliers, manufacturing plants, and customers
Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or other related engineering field
- Experience in electrical product development or similar activities in the automotive industry, with OEM customers or suppliers, or in an engineering center
- Knowledge of mechanical design and electrical engineering
- Awareness of functional safety requirements (Functional Safety, Authorization of competency in electrical engineering (NV194/2022)
- Fluent English – you will use it daily in spoken and written form
- Experience of working within an international team
- Driving licence category B and willingness to travel approx. 10% of the time
