Due to our company expansion we are currently looking for a German speaker to join our Business support team in Prague.

The Role

Our business support team here at NonStop covers a wide range of critical tasks within the business ranging from Finance to HR related topics. You will work closely with our German and English speaking teams internally.

Here are lists of some tasks you can expect to do:

Credit Control
Cash allocation
Contract generation & administration

Joining our Multilingual Business support team will give you the opportunity to work with many different stakeholders in the business. You will gain insight into so many different functions and gain a better understanding of how the business operates.

Major Responsibilities:

Complete allocated administration tasks accurately, independently and on time
Highlight process improvement opportunities to the line manager and relevant function lead
Assist in maintaining documentation of administration tasks
External communication with our clients, our contract workers etc. in professional manner

Desired Skills

Fluent German and English
Detail orientated
Exceptional communication and customer service skills
Strong IT and Microsoft Office skills
Willingness to learn and take constructive feedback
