A successful candidate should be passionate about the HR field and eager to gain new experience in this field. Should you speak German fluently, read further:

As a HR Administrator you will:
– Collect, organize, and maintain personnel records of the company’s employees
– Solving employee’s queries with the ability to consult and help as efficient as possible
– Update internal HR databases
– Prepare and eventually redesign relevantl HR documents of the company

Requirements

– Strong communication skills and strong commnand of both English and German (will be used daily so it is essential to have decent knowledge C1 and better)
– Good knowledge of MS Office and Sharepoint
(Previous experience with any other tools are a big advantage)
– Great attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
– Experience in HR or related field is very welcome as well as the education backgroung
