Job description

You will:

– Answer e-mail and phone calls from customers
Answer technical questions about cameras setting, explain functionality, give advice
Inform customers about products and services provided by the company
Solve basic customer’s issues
Attend various courses (to improve communication, language and technical skills)

Requirements

Requirements:

Native Swedish speaker plus advanced English
– Experience in customer support
– Communication skills, customer orientation, willingness to learn new things
– Ability to quickly orientate in unusual situations and problems
