Job description
- Lead and manage the accounting team to ensure financial integrity, regulatory compliance, and accurate financial reporting.
- Oversee and drive the implementation of innovative technologies within the accounting department to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Redesign and optimize reporting workflows to ensure timely and accurate delivery, meeting tight deadlines.
- Focus on strategic planning for process improvement and technology upgrades, while guiding the implementation and automation of these changes.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS and CAS accounting standards.
- Provide financial insights and advice to key stakeholders, supporting decision-making across departments.

Requirements
- Experience in accounting and finance, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Czech/Slovak and communicative English skills.
- Deep understanding of IFRS and CAS standards.
- Proven ability to implement process innovations and drive change.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, and SAP.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to motivate a team and collaborate with stakeholders.
