We are looking for somebody, who enjoys helping people and consider himself/herself technically oriented. As a customer care specialist, you will be contacted by company clients from the business environment via phone or chat with some technical issues. You don’t need any technical education or special experience, although if you do have them we will put a monetary value on them. The company provides 1-month training to secure smooth integration.
To become our new customer care agent you need to speak English and German on level B2+ both. You should be analytical thinking team player, who enjoy cooperating with people from different countries, as well as working independently.
