Job description

We are looking for new members to the Helpdesk team – acting as primary point of contact for vendors and suppliers.

In this position you will be responsible for:

· Solving various issues regarding payments (Accounts Payable) while respecting set deadlines

· Liaising with different departments to ensure efficient processing of vendors’ questions

· Daily use of English

· Maintaining professional communication with all parties

Requirements

· Fluent and confident user of English – minimum B2

· Strong communication skills

· Availability for US shifts (13:30 – 22:00, Mon – Fri)

· Team player with problem-solving skills
