Job description

Main tasks of HR Administrator:

* Investigating, assessing and recommending solutions to employee queriesin the area Personal Administration and Mobility
* Coordinate the knowledge transfer of additional Mobility processes
* Cooperation with other HR teams located in home/host country
* Participate in additional projects and migrations with main focus on area of expertise (Mobility and Perosnal Administration)
* Ensure process knowledge is duly documented and maintained up-to-date at all times
* Case management, analysis, tracking, and documentation

Requirements

This position is suitable for you if you have/are:

* at least some experience in HR (onboarding, offboarding, payroll, absences, annual leave..)
* speaking ENGLISH and GERMAN fluently
* interested in HR processes
* knowledge of MS Excel
