Job description

You will be responsible for:

– Internal employee data changes from Benelux and Netherlands

– Coordination of employee on-boarding and off-boarding

– Compensation processing and communications

– Benefits enrollment support, invoice processing

– Ad hoc tasks within HR department

Requirements

We require:

– fluent Dutch and English

– at least one year experience in administration (HR area is big advantage)

– great communication skills and proactive approach

– well organizational skills and strong detail orientation

– motivation for HR area
