Looking for opportunity to work as HR Administrator in an international company? This is it!

Become an HR Administrator with German in the international team, where you will be providing HR support and perform various HR tasks. Our client is looking for candidates with a genuine interest in HR field. If you also speak fluent English and German this is your chance!

As an HR Administrator with German, you will be responsible for:

– Provide support to HR Services team
– Perform first line customer support by phone
– Use the SAP archiving module to archive confidential documents
– Use the administrative software to create documentation
– Provide support in distributing cases and monitoring them in ServiceNow
– Provide support in case handling to service delivery team
– Perform other basic HR Services tasks

Start date: ASAP
Contract for 1 year with possible extension

Requirements

– Fluent in English and German (spoken and written)
– Experience in HR support
– Previous experience with SAP and ServiceNow is an advantage
