Overview

Job description

 Recruiting of personnel (contact to agencies, conducting interviews, job postings etc.)
 Steer the local Performance Management and Employee Development process (target agreement, performance appraisal and development plans)
 Provide input for HR products and processes from country perspective and drive local development of necessary regulations
 Contribute to Regional HR projects as country representative if necessary
 Ensure compliance with local labor law regulations and documentation needs
 Responsible for all employee related surveys. (e.g. Global Employee Survey)
 Talent management – acquision and development, cooperation with Secondary schools and Universities

Requirements

 University degree
 3-5 years work experience in Human Resources in an international environment
 Project Management experience (f.e. leading project teams)
 Czech/Slovak and English proficient (written and spoken)
 Understanding of local reality in HR, i.e. basic labor law CZ
 Experiences with Talent management, Connection to local universities and high schools – highly valued !!
 People orientation – empathetic, supportive and caring attitude
