Job description

The successful candidate will be tasked with providing HR assistance to company employees, answering inquiries relating to human resources and procedures.

In this role, you will:
– Handle incoming calls, live chat and process work through a ticket management system
– Use procedures, policy manuals amnd other materials to assist in answering and resolving inquiries
– Forward employees to functional specialists depending on the inquiries made

Requirements

– Fluent Polish and English
– Ability to work independently on your own tasks but also cooperate within the team
– Previous experience in HR or customer service is an advantage
– Autonomous team player in a multicultural environment
– Strong communication skills
– Customer-friendly approach
