Looking for opportunity to work as HR Data Project Analyst in an international company? This is it!

As an HR Data Project Analyst, you will be responsible for:

– Work closely with Project Managers and Project Leads on the implementation roll out of an HR project
– Document all activities and tasks according to the project standards
– Work with downstream system business owners to understand the impact of data disposal in HR to their respective system
– Coordinate communication including preparing the communications and tracking the progress with downstream system business owners
– Coordinate progress and requirements gathering for legal hold interface and documentations
– Provide requested reports and analyze employee related data in SAP and other HR reporting systems for the Global HR Mergers and Acquisitions team
– Work closely with the Mergers and Acquisitions IT organization, project team, and global team
– Analyze employee related data from the tagging tool and other HR reporting systems

Start date: ASAP
Contract till 31.12.2020 with possibility of prolongation for another year


– Fluency in English (spoken and written)
– Experience in Master Data Management or Meta Data Management implementation experience including techniques and tools
– Experience developing Data Governance Frameworks, policies, and processes
– Knowledge and experience with SAP HCM
– Previous experience with high volume projects in multi-national organizations
