– to lead the HR team (4 people)
– to lead a people & culture strategy that drives employee engagement
– continuously improve staff retention and ensures the organisation can grow

– experience within start-up company
– minimum 5 years of experience in HR leadership
– Czech native speaker 
– ideally, experience gained within a tech company or hotel environment / travel environment
– advanced in English
