In this position you will be in charge for:
– Daily communication with employees to handle HR queries
– Dealing with tasks by phone, email, or chat
– Updating and taking care of data in the HR system
– Solving problems that cannot be figured out in SAP internal system
– Process-improvement activities
– Fluency in English (B2) and German (C1)
– Previous experience in administration, customer service, or HR
– Advanced skills in MS Excel and Word
