Job description

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: 

* you will be responsible for HR services for France

* onboarding, offboarding, contract preparation, employee relations, employee mobility

* special rewards/benefits administration, payroll data preparation for external provider

* administration of processes according to company policy and local law, reporting

* daily communication in French with managers and employees from France

* answering employees ́ and managers ́ queries, requesting information from the both etc.

Requirements

AS AN IDEAL CANDIDATE YOU SHOULD HAVE: 

* at least 1 yr experience from a similar role

* fluent French and English

* interest in HR processes

* knowledge of MS Excel
