Your Responsibilities

– Recruit and place workers
– Help manage employee relations and related programs
– Oversee employee performance reviews
– Help with employee compensation, benefits, and training
– Keep up-to-date employee records

Requirements

– Minimum 2 year experience in a complex HR
– Timely and accurate fulfilment of various tasks
– Ability to work in international teams and environment
– Fluent English AND German
– Comfortable with using Excel
