Job tasks:
– Supporting our local teams in Germany with tasks related to the hiring process – in English and German language
– Prescreening candidates in German and English
– Adhering to business standards and goals set up by your manager
– Cooperation on improvement process – helping in identifying knowledge and process gaps
– Observing trends and reporting
– Suitable for graduates
Start – ASAP
Location: Prague 8 and possibility to work from home
Salary: 40 000 – 41 000 CZK/m
The contract for define period with possibility of prolongation.
Requirements
– Fluent English (B2) and intermediate German (B2)
– Pro-active and communicative personality
– Solid command of MS Excel and Word
– Previous experience with administration tasks or customer service is very welcomed
– Ability to work in an international team
– Additional european language is a plus
