As a Human Resource Specialist, you will have the opportunity to utilize German and English daily while gaining a deeper knowledge and understanding of HR functionalities for our large and highly globalized firm. You’ll be expected to support employees in daily HR applications and processes, analyze a variety of issues, create and prepare materials for trainings, assist applicants with entry to open positions, and much more!Requirements:

  • Completion of secondary education or higher
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office
  • At least one year’s experience in a similar position (can be from customer service)
  • Experience w/ Contact Advantage
  • Some knowledge of IT Service Management processes
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
