Do you have previous work experience with designing and delivering processes in the HR field?

As a Human Resources Analyst, your daily responsibilities will be:
– Provide training on HR business processes or functions
– Support the business cycle and program of the company
– Take part in the planning of progress and client acknowledgment testing exercises for new turns of events
– Updating global training materials
– Represent and organize operational queries
– Being involved in HR projects
– Actively participate in the weekly gatherings

Requirements

– Previous experience with designing and delivery processes
– Strong command of English (minimum B2+)
– Experience with finishing demanding projects
– Strong communication and organizational skills
– Strong knowledge of MS Office
– Flexibility and creative mind
– Having an interest in the IT field
