THE JOB

We are searching for a lead remote administrator based in Czech Republic; someone who excels at managing and creating streamlined processes, is passionate about getting the job done accurately and in a timely manner, and can coordinate between companies, departments and clients.

Your main tasks will include;

  • Working closely with your administration assistant to ensure the proper handling and processing of incoming and outgoing paperwork
  • Responsible for ensuring all client and company paperwork is filed, stored and/or sent to partner companies in a timely and secure manner
  • Ensuring all files and CRM system are current and correct
  • Daily screening and organising of the Director’s email inbox
  • Liaising with Consultants and Paraplanners to successfully manage clients’ needs

REQUIRED

  • Strong organisational skills
  • Related qualification desirable
  • Ability to work well on own and as part of a team
  • Fluent English
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office; namely Excel and Word
  • Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures
  • Additional languages such as German, French or Italian beneficial
  • Familiarity using a CRM system
  • Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines
  • Any experience in finance beneficial but not necessary
