Overview

We are currently looking for an experienced customer support specialist for our multinational client based in Prague

Responsibilities
Provide technical implementation support for new software
Accurately document inquiries and resolutions into the tracking system
Maintain strong long-term relationships with clients
Deliver product training to clients

Requirements
Previous customer support experience
Excellent spoken and written communication skills in German, Spanish, and English
Polite and friendly communication skills
Some technical support experience would be a plus
