Specialising within IT Infrastructure Security and known for their innovation, we are actively hiring a talented Endpoint Security Support Engineers to provide support to key partners across CEE.
Joining at 1st or 2nd Level Network Engineer, you will be responsible for working with Customers and Partner’s across Central & Eastern Europe from modern offices in Prague.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
Providing technical support on our client’s Endpoint Security solutions via the telephone, messenger etc.
Analyse and investigate the problem and provide addressable solutions to the Client wherever possible
Reproduce customer lab environments when necessary
Escalate technical cases when necessary
Building and maintaining your product knowledge
The skills & experience which are required, include:
Strong verbal & written communication skills (English is the main language)
Good understanding of various network protocols (routing, switching, TCP/IP etc.)
Hands-on experience with some Endpoint Security technologies (e.g. Firewalls, Anti-Spam, Virus, IPSec, IDS/IPS etc.)
Knowledge of Virtualisation technologies (e.g. Hyper-V and/or VMWare)
Demonstrate good problem-solving skills
It would be nice to also have some of, but is NOT essential:
A networking qualification e.g. CCNA, CCNP, JNCP, CCSA etc.
Another CEE Language
