Overview

We are currently looking for candidates with an interest in IT to provide first-level technical support for our multinational client based in Prague.

Responsibilities
Receive, log, and respond to a variety of technical issues in a timely manner
Provide end users with polite and accurate support
Follow company procedures for all technical support processes
Escalate more complex IT issues to relevant support desks

Requirements
Previous customer service experience
Fluent Dutch and advanced English are compulsory
A good level of general IT knowledge
Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail
