Grafton Recruitment is now working with an global BPO provider with offices here in Prague and we are currently helping them recruit for an Inside sales Account Manager.

As Inside Sales Account Manager your responsibility will be to manage assigned partners and proactively drive more business for both the partners and the company, in order to achieve sales targets. Using your experience you will have to develop and grow opportunities within these partner’s pipeline.

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Manage partners performance and develop plan to increase their performance
  • Establish relationships, engage key partners to identify opportunities and increase pipeline
  • Understand and document resellers business and IT strategies, priorities and goals; capture this data in CRM system
  • Develop, execute, and maintain account strategies to drive revenue within assigned partners accounts
  • Feedback and relate all areas of partner business to sales manager
  • Conduct accurate partner business forecasting and market analysis

The successful candidate should have the following attributes:

  • Fluent knowledge of English and native Czech
  • Work experience in sales/account management/customer service/business development are a big advantage
  • Able to demonstrate knowledge about IT Hardware or to have previous experience in IT environment
  • Proficient in MS Office
