Make an impact in the expanding business of inside sales! Within this inside sales role you will be responsible for recognizing potential business opportunities within the technology and IT environment.

Here in Grafton, one of our clients, who is currently leading in the field of business outsourcing is looking for candidates to join their team as a Inside sales Specialist. Their services range across different industries such as technology, sales and IT.

As an Inside sales and Proximity Specialist your responsibilities will include:

– Identifying potential business opportunities within the proximity sales strategies products and solutions
– Cooperating with assigned partners on ongoing sales projects, working on their development
– Administrating CRM tools, virtual portals and share points on daily basis
– Managing of the customer pipeline, establishing professional partnerships with existing accounts
– Collaborating with regional managers on inside sales projects (attending business trips when necessary)
– Generating up-sell and cross sell opportunities


– Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business studies, Communication, Engineering
– Fluent knowledge of English and native Czech / Slovak
– Work experience in sales/account management or IT is advantage
– Interest in HW/SW technology and sales
– Professional approach in communication towards customers, (mostly via phone)
– Proficiency in MS office (creation of reports within the projects)
– Analytical thinking, problem solving abilities
