Job description

Main Task is to conduct an integration of two independent organizational units into one big organization particulary with regard to Finance and other non-production processes

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience either in steering of companies integration (a corporate merger) or integration of big different divisions (plants) within a big company regarding of non-production processes in production companies ( above all finance including reporting and controlling, IT, HR and the rest of company administration).
  • Vast of experience in project leading and reorganization of departments and organizational structures
  • Remarkable achievements in managing a diversity of people, including motivational talent and employee skill development (directly as well as on project basis)
  • Fluent English language, native or fluent Czech/Slovak language
  • EU Citizenship is necessary
  • University degree preferably in business economics/business administration
  • Familiar with finance, controlling and accounting agenda is highly desirable
  • Excellent overview regarding economic relations within a company, combined with an analytical, conceptual and independent way of work
  • Strong organizational, administrative, presentation and analytical skills
  • Highly motivated and dynamic leader, strong, assertive managerial skills, great negotiating talent
  • Entrepreneurial way of thinking
  • Flexibility, ready to travel between Czech and Moravia and HQ (West Europe)
