Job description

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• You will provide 1st Level IT Support for technical assistance of Germna clients via phone, email and monitoring tools
• You will log issues in a tracking system and escalate them to 2nd Level Help Desk if more specialized assistance is needed
• You will interact with users and co-workers (local & remote) to support identification and resolution of problems

Requirements

OUR REQUIREMENTS
• Fluent English and German
• Some previous working experience in customer support would be a plus
• Basic technical understanding at user level
• Very good interpersonal and communication skills
