Job description

Your role:

• Provide a combinded 1st and 2nd level technical support related to computer hardware and software, mobile devices and other tech tools and products

• Answer questions from employees as well as from international German speaking end users

• Document problems, create and maintain knowledge database

• Run training sessions to end users

• Maintain accurate hardware and software inventory

• Provide regular reports

• Suggest and implement improvements


What you should have:

• Technical skills (hardware and software knowledge)

• Fluent English and German level B2+

• Excellent communication and problem solving skills

• Ability to work independently as well as in the team

• Attention to detail
