Job description

Your role:

• Provide 1st level technical support related to computer HW and SW

• Document problems, create and maintain knowledge database

• Run training sessions to end users

• Provide regular reports

• Suggest and implement improvements


What you should have:

• Fluent English and German at least level B2

• Some technical skills (hardware and software knowledge)

• Excellent communication and problem solving skills

• Have a can do attitude
