Job description

Your role:

  • Manage and represent the customer projects primary for data migration for Office 365
  • Plan and organize the project, allocate internal and/or external resources to accomplish project tasks
  • Take over responsibility for achieving the project objectives
  • Manage quality, timeliness and cost of the deliverables as well as maintain control over the project status and budget
  • Report project status and issues where help is needed to the Steering Committee
  • Comply with the project management methodology within a highly regulated environment
  • Facilitate general communication between client and users

Requirements

Requirements:

  • At least 2+ years of experience in IT Project Management (pharma or chemical industry background is an advantage)
  • Experience with Office 365, data migrations, exchange, networks, identity access management as well as cloud solutions
  • Expertise in running medium to large scale IT projects – ideally IT infrastructure projects
  • Ability to lead global and multifunctional teams
  • Experience with budget management and analyst methodologies
  • Project Management accreditation is an advantage (ITIL, PRINCE 2, PMP, CAPM, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Very good level of spoken and written English
