Job description

You will be responsible for:


· Reviewing Service Request received from the Vattenfall Portal (PC, Monitor, Printer, Video Conference etc)

· Placing orders into Vattenfall SAP System

· Following up on orders with in the systems and with the Vendors

· Communicating to End Users, Vendors, CDM, Field Service, Vattenfall counter parts (Partly in German)

· Adding updates into Remedy for Recharge to the Vattenfall Business

· Uploading asset data information Remedy / Service Now for purchased equipment


You have:


· A Bachelors Degree in a relevant field or relevant work experience

· 2 + years of asset management or inventory control in the IT field

· Experience/familiarity with HW, SW and IT services

· German (Tickets, SAP System and part of the communication to the customer is) is in German

· Procurement experience

· Cert. ITIL v3 would be great to have but not required if you have relevant experience
