Job description

THE ROLE

– Daily communication with vendors and customers via email and telephone
– Receiving requests, prioritisation of technical interventions according to established terms and procedures, proper categorization
– Escalating requirements for solutions by communication matrix
– Logistics defective components, equipment
– Working in a team of 5 people, 8-17:00 and no weekends

Requirements

YOU SHOULD HAVE/BE

Great communication (and written) skills in both languages, English (B2-C1) and Czech, as well as basic knowledge of IT field, will be enough to ensure yourself a great career within the international company in central Prague.
