As Service Desk Specialist you will be responsible for:
- Receives service requests via telephone, e-mail, fax, internet or through monitoring systems
- External / internal communications with other teams
- Monitor progress against customer SLAs using GSOA systems
- Highlight errors/discrepancies in the customer data (CRM + Documentation)
- Participate in the delivery of other managed services
The best candidate would have:
- 1,5+ years of professional experience in customer service field
- 1+years’ experience required in call centre managed services / services delivery environment within a medium to large IT organisation.
- Native Czech speaker + advanced English language
- Perfect customer focus and analytical thinking
