  • Support our colleagues and international clients by phone, email and remote control
  • Passively help them with their IT requests and issues
  • Only day shifts: Monday – Friday, 8:00 – 17:00

Requirements

  • Necessary to be fluent in English and Turkish (daily using, lvl B2)
  • Be interested in IT job
  • To be focused for customers service is very important
